From “lavish dinner parties” to large corporate events, Rachel has done it all. Her wealth of knowledge of the industry, calm demeanor, and friendly personality allow her to execute every event with flair and precision.

She feels especially lucky to work in a role that allows her to meet new people, travel the world, provides creative freedom, and yet still challenges her on a daily basis. But what really keeps her coming back each day is the hard work she and the rest of the KTE team pour into ensuring incredible experiences for both the couple getting married and their guests.

Rachel believes that while flowers, decor, and cake make for a beautiful wedding, the care and expertise of the team behind the scenes is what creates a truly special experience that will make you smile for years to come.

During her free time, Rachel enjoys trying new restaurants on date nights with her husband, grabbing drinks with her girlfriends, and cuddling her chocolate lab.
