Allison has been enamored with the hospitality industry since age 13. While traveling with her family, she fell in love with the tiny details that often go unappreciated in a handful of luxury hotels she came across. The way the cord was neatly wrapped around the telephone. The full-sized hangers in the closet. The umbrellas by the revolving door. It was clear someone had thought of everything, that is when she knew a career somewhere in the hospitality industry was for her.

Following her dream, Allison attended the Conrad Hilton College at the University of Houston and found herself managing restaurants during that time and continued her career at the Hyatt after graduation. Working in a hotel truly allowed her to see it all. If you ask her, nothing phases her, it takes a lot to ruffle her feathers or to steer her off course.

After getting engaged and hiring Keely to plan her wedding, Allison fell in love with the wedding planning process — and of course, all the details that come along with executing the perfect occasion. Shortly thereafter, Allison joined the KTE team in 2011 and hasn’t looked back.

Getting to create life-long memories for her clients is what keeps Allison going. She prides herself on her ability to make her clients feel comfortable and pull personal details into their event, making it that much more special.

She appreciates being able to show her kids that hard work and dedication can help you reach your dreams. But on her days off, she loves to visit Colorado with her family and relax with a good book.
