    Keely Thorne

    BIO:

    Keely began her event planning career in 2006 and by 2008 had opened the doors to KTE, a full service event planning firm, and today has expanded to manage a talented team of planners who have executed events from New Mexico to Florida and everywhere in between.

    Chic personal style, exquisite taste, and flair for fun are just a few of the qualities that make each of Keely’s events an occasion to remember. Being a native Louisianan, Keely’s southern hospitality is the perfect complement to her vast knowledge of the industry and ability to plan unforgettable parties. Her work has been seen in Style Me Pretty, Weddings in Houston, The Knot, Paper City, In Register, Destination Weddings and Honeymoons, and Modern Luxury Bride’s Houston just to name a few.

    Keely works alongside each of her consultants to ensure that every client receives her attention to detail, years of experience and creativity to ensure a one-of-a-kind event. Being behind the scenes gives Keely as much joy as executing a flawless event as she invests much of her time in mentoring the KTE girls to ensure they are always on top of trends and current happenings for their clients. In addition to mentoring her team, Keely takes the time to really get to know each and every one of her clients to ensure that their events are true reflections of themselves. It is always her goal that a perfect party is only reflective of her in the flawless execution and unique touches that keep people talking about “that amazing night” for months to come!

    Emily prides herself on being unique and having her own quirky style yet even the most traditionally striving clients truely enjoy the experience of her wit, intelligence and truely fantastic events. Emily is an unbeknownst trendsetter who sees her ideas and style melt across the industry long after initial thought.

    Emily has a way of perceiving what each specific client wants and ways to translate those ideas into reality properly. And with that, she proves time and time again that any issue has a million acceptable solutions and also that with the right tools, any challenge can be accomplished.

    So whether she’s planning for completely hands off clients who know minimal about their event and are speechless with excitement at the reveal; to those clients a part of every detail, Emily’s brilliant contributions are proclaimed as the seen and unforeseen key elements that made the event a success and would have never been if she had not been involved. Creating “favorite moments” since 2009.

    A graduate of the University of Houston, Jennie began her career in the beauty and publishing industries.  Since coming to Keely Thorne Events, she has drawn on these experiences to create exquisite events for a range of clientele.  Armed with an inherent love for all things design, as well as a drive for perfection and consummate organization skills, she is an invaluable asset to any client.  Her clients have described her as being extremely detail-oriented and always two steps ahead of the game.  Jennie’s special interests include incorporating heirloom details into the contemporary client’s reception as well as branding an event from start to finish.

    Jennifer combines habitually chic style with eccentric flare! With positive energy and expert organizational skills, Jennifer makes the wedding planning process effortless and fun. Her enthusiasm and gracious personality makes her clients feel like they have known her for years.

    As a life long Houstonian, Jennifer enjoys exploring the latest in local food, art, and entertainment. Through her passion for discovering new trends and her ability to combine them with a classic sense of traditionalism, she is able to create a unique style for clients’ individual personalities. Prior to her experience in wedding planning, Jennifer worked as a personal shopper in a chic European inspired boutique where she customized colors and textures according to each client’s personal preference.

    Jennifer’s sophisticated taste and exquisite attention to detail paired with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University makes a fabulous match for any bride to be.

    BIO:

    Having fun is such an important part of married life to Allison and her husband Chris. When schedules get busy or days do not go as planned, there is always time for a lot of laughter in the Butcher house. If that means having a “dance off” at 5am in the living room to Paula Abdoul’s “Straight Up” then may the best man/woman win! Little secret… she always lets him win!

    Allison joined the KTE team in 2011 after working for many years in the hospitality industry. Her vast knowledge of food & beverage and operational experience are great assets to the team. Her ability to think on her feet and make quick decisions, help all of her clients when it comes to executing any event. Allison has been known to say that she “lives her life in a back-up plan” always knowing the next move.

    With a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Houston, you could say she has a degree in food, wine, people and fun
